The programming aspect starts with some libraries. With these libraries, you have a foundation to build applications for quantitative trading. Now can you find these libraries? Can you find them on GitHub? Or just on the internet in general?

I’m not a big library guy. I’m not a big reader. I don’t like to go down that bookshelf in the public library. I do like to search for things lazily. And I would encourage everyone to do the same. Use that llm that your wedded to, and prompt for the answer.
